Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is superbly located near the Gold Coast Light Rail Station, making it convenient for travelers. The apartment for six people was spacious and modern, but it lacked extra spare bedding and towels for added comfort. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff who even reunited me with a forgotten suitcase post-checkout. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and Cavill Mall, perfect for families at a reasonable price. Although the dining experience was acceptable, it could be enhanced. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room improvements needed.
The Pacific View Apartments offer a convenient location close to the beach with spacious rooms, but some upkeep is needed. The service was pleasant, and the owner was accommodating. The dining experience was fine, offering home-made pies and jams.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a nice view of the ocean and the mini putt area with the bungy ball which we gratefully accepted, but it was a lot smaller than the pictures perceived, and there was potential noise from the nearby rides until 10 pm. The service was a bit of a letdown with issues like the staff letting themselves in while we were getting changed and not cleaning well, although they were apologetic and offered an alternative. The location was convenient for surfers paradise but needed maintenance in some areas. The dining experience was average. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
